I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Ascot because very disappointed they kept the fact there were three previous owners and did not show me the registration document.

Bought an approved used A class at Mercedes Benz Ascot through Ammar. Overall the experience was great and that was due to Ammar’s attitude. I’ve got to be honest, I had no shortage of questions, some of them quite obscure and technical, and he always had the answer, and if he didn’t, he would always check and provide the information, which was appreciated rather than taking an educated guess. Overall though, his knowledge was wide ranging and there were very few occasions he didn’t have the answer in hand. I felt Ammar went above and beyond with his ability in this scenario and it certainly made the difference when choosing between brands of cars.

I would not recommend Mercedes Benz of Ascot because despite the salesman saying as I drive off in my new car, " as I say to all customers this is just the start of our relationship " no progress whatsoever has been made on 3 issues that were raised with the vehicle. Two that were raised at the time the vehicle was handed over and one that was reported within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle. Words are cheap. Also the number plates that were pre ordered had n't been passed on to the pairs team so I had to wait for them to be made and they cost more than quoted. Also found a parking ticket lodged in the front of the dashboard. Although I've been promised answers on the issues raised all I've had is leave it with and I'll deal with it. The issues simply have n't been dealt with.
